According to the Italian law on CAMs (Minimum Environmental Criteria) for public lighting, as well as the tender documents of some countries, technical data regarding the photo-spectrometric measurements of the luminaires subject to the tender may be provided by:
- ISO-EN 17025 accredited third-party laboratories
- Laboratories of manufacturing companies being surveilled by a ISO-EN 17025 accredited third-party laboratory
